In such rare cases, Oridle will help you in the following ways:
1. You can ask your Credit Card company to give you a tracking report on the payment.
2. You can open a ticket with Oridle and will trace the payment from our side.
3. If the payment is received by Paypal, Oridle will talk to paypal for all possible solutions or in other cases you might need to contact Paypal if Paypal required further identification or such things.
4. If money is received by Oridle and you want to take it back, you can simply click REFUND in your account or open a ticket and money will be credited back to the payment method you used at the time of payment.
